Unfortunately, it failed to avoid a tree and when I called on DJICare which promises 'peace of mind', support directed me to a DJI official repair center. After waiting 2 weeks, I was told only the CA facility could do the repair. To this point more than 30 days have passed and I am told it will be perhaps another 2 weeks before I receive my drone. Calls and emails to DJI have at best yielded promises that have not materialized. It has been quite a discouraging and frustrating experience.

Be careful out there! Keep it away from people all the time!
