    Very nice pocket camera but it feels like you can break the camera head off if you place it in your pocket. It comes with a case but after placing everything in the case its to big to place in your pocket. The camera/video is very easy to use and set up, however the software is not intuitive. You have to scroll threw the operation you need (photo/video) and the "ON/OFF" button is sensitive and turns on easily. The attachments that control the movement of the camera head is easy to use but a little hard to put on and take off. The coolest thing is how the camera follows the movement of the person, amazing feature. It removes all the jittery movements when someone is taking the video. Must buy if you like to take videos. Overall, gave it four stars because of the accessories and case.

    Does the DJI pocket 2 simplify or improve my life? Unfortunately the answer is No. This is where DJI most often fails. The software. The camera forces you to download an app to your phone to use it. This alone forces me to carry my phone ( which is also capable of taking photos and video and includes an AI assist). The gimbal operates at about 1/4 of the speed of their drones meaning its' slow. Having used active track prior I found the pocket 2 to often lose or decide on it's own what it was tracking. The built in on screen prompts are also difficult to navigate or understand their meanings. In short the Pocket 2 has identity issues. It is not an action camera (it's NOT waterproof or rugged at all). It's also not a professional stabilized gimbal as it's operation is too slow. It is not for grandma or your kids as it's not intuitive or easy to use. For what it is, it takes good photos and video in most instances. it has better contrast and deeper color than most other mini cameras. The forced app install with your phone and failure to at least be weatherproof kills this product for me.

    Great vlogging camera. Mic picks up enough sound, not perfect, but can stand on its own. Only thing missing would be a clip for shirts or something, to be a handsfree device. Plug in and upload with ease and the battery life is exceptional.

    Cant believe this is real...

    I bought the camera hoping to enjoy it. Come home and realize I give 500$ to piece of plastic that can work only when "Masters" decided to let me use it... Basically, "masters" give you 5 use of the camera that you pay 500$ and after that GAME OVER to use it your own piece of equipment you have to bow to them give them your information and then THEY will give you green light... IS THIS REAL, people accept this? what is this?

    Forced activation! Steer clear away.

    DJI requires you to install their app and register your Pocket 2 to use it, otherwise it will be locked after 5 uses. You must give access to your contacts, photo/video, location, etc. Intrusive data mining just to use a gimbal camera you've PAID for.

    It couldn't read any SD card in a month

    At the 1st month, it worked well, but after that, it couldn't read any SD card, even the SD cards that DJI and Best Buy recommend. I thought that maybe just mine had this issue, I reserved on line, the other buyers have the same issue as me.

    Recently bought the DJI Pocket 2, and in the first hours of use it stoped recording videos, and a few minutes after the screen turned black. Never turned on after, even after the recommendations of DJI support service. Tried to return the product online but BestBuy wouldnt receive it. Please DO NOT buy this product.
