The satbilizer is good but if ur camera is on the heavier side or have a longer lens i wld reconsider

It's great for possibly indoor studio use. As for sports action like off-road capture, it was a disastrous! At least for me.

Best Buy is really bad in selling open box item .they are all used and returned items and even the devices are account binded . And when they claim they are in excellent condition and and promise with all the original acceorires, its false advertisement and oi feel many store have thieves , and original acceories are missing (multiple time it happened to me) and when you ask the store, they dont care and simply tell return it if you dont like. Its really bad (out of 5 items recently I purchased as open item as excellent condition missing most of the accesories

I didn’t think I was got to love this little gimbal but man, works great and not heavy like my other gimbal. Definitely worth every penny

Works great. Is a little tricky to setup at first but once you know how it was just what we needed.

Once you balance your camera and lens, in my case canon R8 with canned 15/30 lens, it does not center the camera ever. The third axis doesn’t stabilize. I have tried several times but not able to stabilize and use it.

I bought an open box item, and it doesn't function properly. Struggled connecting Bluetooth and gimbal doesn't rotate 360 degree, it stops at 45 degrees. I shouldn't have chosen open box.

I have good expectations from the first time I use it and above all because it will be very useful for work use.
