Drones are awesome but they are NOT worth the liability and all the restrictions that they carry. This is NOT a childs toy and it will stay grounded more times than you can fly them. Stinks.

During online purchase at Best Buy, their was not listing for a charger, currently stores in my area do not have any chargers. for the price, a charger should be included.

I flew it all around Red Rocks in Colorado, filmed a few music videos, etc.. then the batteries started giving out and the components started malfunctioning. On top of that, the app you use on your phone to control it is atrocious. Like, it’s really bad and it can get worse depending on your location. I’ve almost had this drone land in water 4 times. I finally gave up on it and sold it. It was fun while it lasted. Imo, if your investing in a drone, go big or go home... I learned the hard way.

Posted .Hey Thomas. Sorry you had a less than optimal flying experience. It's important to note that the listed flight time is in optimal conditions (no wind, 10mph flight forwards for extra lift, etc.) as well as pushing the battery as far as it goes. In common operation the flight environment is not optimal and low battery will kick in at low percentage to ensure a safe and steady landing.

I operate them in normal capacity and 2 have become lost on the fail safe auto pilot. The third suffered a prop failure and was destroyed. We had planned to use them for recovery efforts in our area after Hurricane Micheal but the Spark has proven to be inadequate for any real UASs hobby or enthusiast. Great way to get people into them but that’s it. Battery time is horrible.

While it was not designed specifically for commercial use, it has show to be capable of being used beyond the inted application with great success. If all the proper precautions were taken, please contact our support team for insight into the causes of the poor experiences as well as possible warranty application.
