Hauling away heavy plasma TV was a terrific action

The haul away of my old tv was a horrible experience. The two men only cared about getting done quickly. They were not careful when removing the old tv damaged the front of the cabinet that held it. It was a nice piece of furniture and now is ruined. Best Buy did not to try to fix it or compensate me. I am finished with Best Buy.

They were suppose to pick up our Television yesterday but it didn't happen. They called much earlier then I expected they left a message but I couldn't get through. They then marked they had picked it up. They are now scheduled to pick it up Friday

I made sure everyone knew thst the haul away was going to be a 2 person job and I couldn't help due to an injury. One man shoewed up and said he could handle it . Nope. I had to help.

Very displeased with how my order has been handled with the promise of haul away. I have gotten a complete run around. It did not happen the way I was told when I made the purchase of a home theater system. I was told that two men would come to the house to haul away the old and set up the new. When delivery took place, there was only one man to set-up the system and he could not haul away the old. I was told that it needed to be done at another time and it could be done the next day and I was asked if I could I be home for the haul away. I was a bit aggravated since this meant another day of being away from work. I was told I would receive a phone call as to the time of haul away. I took off work another day from work and have not gotten a phone call. I have now been on the phone almost an hour trying to figure out what's going on. Best Buy has my order showing to be complete when it is not since they did not haul-away the old TV. Very frustrating not being able to speak to someone at the store where the order was placed and who sent the delivery person without the haul away when I was told by the salesman it would happen at the same time. A friend of mine has encountered the same problem. Horrible customer service when it comes to haul away. With such terrible customer service I am concerned as to how things will be in the future if there should be a problem and I need the geek squad. I am considering returning my entire order if this is not dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction.

Ended up disposing the old TV myself. Salesman never followed through and I was told he no longer works for Best Buy!

This service was unprofessional and pointless. They were an hour and a half late, one spoke no english, the other one only about three words and they rushed the job and bolted...point is, next time just call junk removal or something. Less aggravation. It's a service I would NEVER try again
