Have enjoyed watching this tv series. Better show then I thought it was

When people want to start watching Doctor Who and ask where to begin, I always tell them "It doesn't matter. You'll be lost regardless of where you start. Just go with it." I started watching Doctor Who with the reboot and was completely lost, but immediately became a fan. Each new Doctor takes some getting used to, but they've all grown on me until Capaldi. I wasn't all that impressed with him in series 8 and was kind of hoping he might be another one-season Doctor. Series 9 has made me a believer though! Things start out with a bang, and it's nice to see the interaction between the Doctor and Missy. Clara is coming along nicely; I far preferred her intro as "Souffle Girl" to the kind-of whiny character in Series 8. However in Series 9 she develops into the kind of companion we expect and that is nice to see. As a disclaimer, I haven't seen the final episodes yet but am looking forward to them.

Doctor Who has become quality TV show over the last 9 Series' that started mediocre at first #I have no basis on Doctor Who before 2005 reboot#, but price is very high for only 12 episodes and making-of docs on each storyline #most episodes are two part storylines#. British shows have much smaller seasons #called "series" in British lingo#. Before buying, watch a few episodes on BBC America as British shows are different than shows in America in style and language.

I enjoyed this series and I really love watching all the special features that are included on the discs! Very worth it if you're a fan and plan on watching over and over again!

Enjoyable to be able to view entire series of Doctor Who. The picture and sound quality is excellent. The behind the scenes extras are fun and enjoyable.

You can never go wrong with doctor who! Peter Capaldi finally seems more natural as the doctor in this season of doctor who!

I love to watch this Doctor and assistant, it is fun and I always am amazed at things I missed.
