I ordered my digital giftcard and it said it should be emailed to me soon. It has been 2 hours. What a waste of money and time to get dinner for my kids.

Worst experience ever. I ordered it as it said you will get soon but it didn't arrive for 3 hours so called them and they said we can't cancel it or process it soon it will take time and wait for 2 hours. After waiting for 3 hours they asked to wait till end of the day. They will take make you call 10 places to get this sorted and will still not sort. If you accidentally ordered, just wait for few days atleast you will not waste your time.

Took some time arriving but nevertheless satisfied

I ordered the DIGITAL gift card 3 days ago and still don't have it. Talked to Customer Support yesterday and they assured me I'd have it by the end of the day... nope. I thought digital would mean I'd have it quick. SO much for having that gift to a friend before Thanksgiving! Two Customer Service people were nice but system is very bad!

Although their website will tell you "does not expire" the truth is that once you redeem the card once, the balance converts to credits and those expire in 6 months. So BUYER BEWARE ... this DOES actually expire and your recipient can lose the value of the card. Even though it's illegal for gift cards to expire, DoorDash has evidently created this loophole workaround to take your money.

This DOGSНIT аss company charged my card, sent me a fake order id / and or told me my email was wrong and then proceeded to lock my account with no way of getting it unlocked. I then looked at the website and saw "oh hey 24/7 support is open." I call the number only to find out that was a ВULLSНIT lie and they told me "we're only open til 8am-9pm. DO NOT BUY THIS

Not usable on doordash at all. Took half hour to try redeem and half hour talking to bestbuy support. Asking me to wait another hour for them to send a fix. Totally not worth the time buying it and working it out.

If i failed to deliver as often as Doordash does and my job didnt hold me accountable for my screwups, this would be a messed up world. But here we are…. Doordash allows drivers to mess up orders, eat food, steal food, with no reprecussions.

Title clearly says immediate download but when you purchase it says it can take up to 4 hours!!

Says it will be approximately 30 minutes to deliver. I have been waiting over 4 hours for them to send a simple code.
