    Although, I love Best Buy. I found there's just no oversight of purchases like there is on Amazon. The courier Best Buy contracted with to deliver my gift card canceled the delivery. But no word to me from either Best Buy or the courier service. When it was really overdue, I contacted Best Buy customer service through chat and a replacement was sent out USING THE SAME COURIER who then delivered it to someone else's house. Best Buy's reply was "Well, we tried to help you twice." Thankfully, who ever received the misdelivered mail, dropped it off in my mailbox.

    This digital Door Dash gift card was easy to add to my DoorDash account and start using right way. It was nice to be able to gain points on my Best Buy card and buy the card on it. It did take about 3 days to complete the transaction process and get the confirmation email from Best Buy for the card.
