Classic Bond from the start. Sean Connery IS James Bond. The special effects are dated but fits the story. The acting is really good. I recommend this movie for old and young alike. Shaken, not stirred. Bond, Jsmes Bond.

"Dr. No" seems pretty tame by now, but it's fun watching Connery nail the role from the get-go. Joseph Wiseman makes an intriguing villain. The transfer looks as good or better than most current films.

This, the first James Bond film, is a great start to what remains the longest running film series. Sir Sean rightly became famous portraying British agent James Bond who, in this flick, is sent to investigate the disappearence of a fellow agent in Jamaica. His trek eventually leads him to both the title character (Joseph Wiseman) and beautiful nature girl Honey Ryder (Ursula Andress). Despite its modest budget, this film is first rate all around and would, of course, be just the beginning.

Dr. No introduces us to the original James Bond. Still one of the best James Bond 007 movies made. Excellent idea to restore the James Bond 007 collection of movies. If you like James Bond, you will not be disappointed. And you can't beat the price. Buy this today.

Dr. No is an amazing movie. I like it how Sean Connery rose to fame in this film. From the beginning gunbarrel sequence to the end credits, it is crystal clear. If you like James Bond 007, then you will like this movie. I love this film.

This movie is truly one of the best of the best of the Bond films. It's is not only the first one, but it is also the movie that put Sean Connery on the map. Great Movie!

This is one of the staple Bond films. Connery is a master of his craft and really took Bond to another level. Even though Dalton is still my favorite, Connery is my second favorite.

Dr. No was the first Bond of them all and still compares favorably with the whole history of Bond flicks. The look of the Blu-Ray is solid but it lacks big time extras. Not a shocker since this was well priced, but it is what it is.

This DVD is a great value for the price I paid. I've been collecting all of the James Bond 007 movies I can. NO ONE can beat Sean Connery, Daniel Craig comes close... but NO ONE beats Sir Sean! * I have been looking for the Steel box versions that Best Buy has had but they did not have this movie in that format so I settled for this, hence the 3 stars *
