This is a Christmas present. I was excited to find it in stock and at a reasonable price. The clerk who assisted me me was very helpful and friendly.

I took the opportunity this year to finally upgrade my remaining DVDs to blu ray, and I have to say, I wish I hadn't waited so long to do so with this Christmas Classic! The Grinch has never looked or sounded grinchier, and that's a good thing! Now, there are a couple of money-grabbing sequels also on this disc, but they should be ignored. Just enjoy Boris Karloff's narration of Mr. Grinch and Max scheming and then learning an important lesson.

Movie was the great classic, no problems. If you can find a regular SD version for less get it. The extra for blu ray is a waste.

Hey... who haven't saw the grinch on Christmas... it was a great price and it was awesome to find it.

This is an absolute classic. How the Grinch Stole Christmas is my favorite movie of all time even though it has a short runtime. The coolest feature of this edition is the very welcome inclusion of Halloween is Grinch Night. Buy this edition and skip the modern nice guy grinch remake. This Grinch is mean and he wants to dump your presents off of Mt. Crumpet.

I used to have it on DVD, but we got rid of it for some reason. I'm glad I got to own this movie again. I grew up watching "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" almost every year at Christmastime. I sing the theme song in the shower.

Fun, family entertainment. The Grinch hates Christmas and the Whos in Whoville, who love Christmas. The Grinch steals all the gifts, decorations and food from the town thinking they would be as miserable as him only to find out they are still joyful. After a change of heart, the Grinch learns the real joy of Christmas in Whoville.

My son loves the movie, especially the song about the grinch.

Finally got this holiday classic to share w/ my kiddo. Instantly transported back to my childhood watching this w/ my brother just before X-mas. The Grinch hate Christmas but can he change or is X-mas about to be ruined for all of Whoville.

Best animated Dr.seuss grinch. The new Grinch does not compare to this one. This one and The real Grinch movie are the best out now.

This movie or show is one of the best holiday programs that is available for viewing. It just reinforces that there is good in everyone regardless of how they may act toward others. This little 30 minute show has always been in my heart ever since I first saw it back in the 70s, when I was just a child. Hope to carry on the tradition of showing or watching this every year at Christmas with each new generation.

The Grinch is the grinchiest and Karloff at his narrative best at the twistiest Seuss language in this always loved favorite. My daughter saw the first airing as a small child and still HAS to see it every Christmas (and she is now a grandmother!)

A total classic. You have to watch this one to be able to really appreciate the newer ones. It’s a great childhood movie and great for the family. A bit on the pricey side, at least was when I picked it up. But oh well, own it for life!

Okay, that summary was terrible. Anyways, this is a really good deal as it not only comes with the Chuck Jones special (though, that is the main reason to buy this) but it also includes a couple other shorts featuring the Grinch and a ton of behind-the-scenes features. Definitely get it for the holidays.

This is a great holiday classic that has lasted through the ages. I would have given it 5 stars, but on the copy we got, the Blu-ray Disc would not work. I tried it in multiple players and it wouldn't work. I ended up returning it and getting a new one. So I recommend this film, and if you buy this version with DVD and Blu-ray, check all the discs!!

Could not find this dvd anywhere as it is so close to Christmas, so decided to stop at Best Buy. Thankfully Best Buy stocksthese old, yet still popular movies
