Picture quality is not good

It's a great film, but the picture quality of this DVD was poor. The brightness and color is very dark and almost foggy looking.

Almost like someone stomped on it a few times. I was hesitant to order a new one for I didn’t want the hassle of returning it for the 2nd time.
