Classic great movie glad to add this to my collection

This was a movie that never got its due. Gritty tough action that is well done. Much better than the Stallone attempt. It’s sad it never got its due or a sequel.

Much grittier and more serious than the Stallone version. Great action. Nice adaptation of the character. Karl Urban turns in a solid performance.

I really was interested in this after I found out about Adi Shankar's involvement. I like comic movies and all, and the first was ok, but this is the real deal.

Well, its way better then the attempt at a Judge Dredd movie they did with Sylvester Stallone. Although i wouldn't have minded a little Rob Schneider.

This is as close as this can get to the comics. Very gritty, dirty, violent, dark characters, interesting premise. Great deal if you have 3D.

Much better, and affiliated in no way with the earlier Stallone version, this one gets it. Pacing, editing, and story are sharp and focused.

Don’t be fooled. This is NOT the terrible Stallone movie. This movie is awesome. Action packed, dark, great story. Even cooler in 3D.

This is a movie that is meant for simple entertainment. It is not meant to teach a lesson but as an escape for a simple fun movie night.

This is a great remake of the original , I would definitely this to anyone , that loves a good action 3D action movie .

There are some of the best directing techniques used in this film with the use of slow motion it's just unbelievable.

I don’t have a 3D TV, so I can’t speak to how that looks in that format, but it still looks great in 2D. Worth picking up for $6.

Great movie with a kick butt storyline that really delivers on the judge dredd comic lore. Karl Urban is the judge watch out.

This is without a doubt one of the best action movies of all time. There is gore and blood and shootouts and violence galore. You get sparkling washed out colorful slow motion scenes when characters use the drug slo-mo, that look like nothing else that has ever been put to film, truly unique and mesmerizing, and I mean that in the best way possible. The movies is at times funny, gruesome, exciting, sad, endearing, and always intense. Every member of the cast nails their performance from the villainous Lena Heady to Karl Urban's Judge Dredd all the way down to the 'clan techie' played by Dohmnall Gleason. This movie is visually stunning, non-stop ultra violence with a pulse pounding score and just enough levity to keep things from getting overwhelming. This is in my top five personal favorite films and wish it had done better at the box office so we could get a sequel.

Not as good as the original but still a good time to watch if there's nothing else to do. Action packed! thumbs up

Good scifi, scripting and cast. Got this blu-ray combo pack that included 3D and a digital copy for about $5 on sale.

This flick is like JUDGE DREDD crossed with the plot of the Raid. Super stylized and a solid action adventure....

Of course the original one is the classic one but this one is just amazing as well with the effects!!
