Love this movie and was happy to upgrade to 4K. Steelbook artwork is great. The packaging was a pleasant surprise, as the j-card was all transparent plastic slip-case for the steelbook, I assume to help protect it better and it did the job, I hope they continue this for all steelbooks in the future.

I love this movie, but the steelbook is just okay. I was hoping for a cover that was a little more hard core. He has a little body with a big head. The extras are the same as the old Blu-ray release. Still this is a cool movie that deserves a sequel. Are you ready for Dredd? You don’t look ready.

This steelbook is incredible. Features a gloss finish in both sides, inside artwork, and disc art. 4K transfer is good, but difficult to call it great since the source material is gritty, grainy and intentionally hyperstylized. Still, it's a fantastic edition for any collectors or Dredd fans.

The sets are grungy & the violence level is very, very high. The shiniest things around are the weapons & Judge Dredd's costume. The dialogue is just as silly as the original Dredd movie, but Karl Urban's more articulate & smiles a bit more. It's a guilty pleasure & Karl Urban is pure eye candy! Not a movie for small children, so wait until after their bedtime & break out the popcorn.

Was able to pick this movie up when it was on sale. An excellent bargain considering I got the 3D version of the movie as well as digital copy. Only con was the Blu-ray and 3D Blu-ray versions of the movie are on 1 disc. With my 3D player being in a different location of the house than my regular Blu-ray player this creates somewhat of an inconvenience.

To the casual viewer, Dredd may seem nothing more than a glorified video game brought to life but discerning movie lovers will note it is in fact one of the most progressive, female-positive movies in decades. I haven't seen such authentic, naturalistic depictions of powerful women since Alien. Also impressive is the depiction of an ethnically diverse future culture where race does not matter. EVERYONE is judged!

I was way young when I first saw the original Dredd. Of course I loved it but after getting older I can see it was a mediocre take on "The Law". This version by far is amazing. The 3d effects aren't too crazy as in pop in your face however work perfectly in addition to the bullets/drug usage in the film. This movie is brutal so definitely not for the kiddos. Got the 3d blu ray version for 8$ which can't be beat.

Great action adventure movie.lots of violence,it’s a movie about cops how they deal with problems and situations in the future.Cops are now judges and executioners.

A solid take on a unique franchise. Not campy like the Stallone version from the 90's, it's a much more serious tone. More action than story, but definitely satisfying. Karl Urban takes this role just as seriously as he does his Dr. McCoy character in the Star Trek alternate time line and makes it his own. Straight out of the comics and on to the screen. If you want a good adventure, pick it up.

Judge Dredd is such a highly underrated comic book adaptation. I was lucky enough to catch it in 3D in the theater and Karl Urban did not disappoint. Re-watching it on Blu Ray was just as awesome the second time around. If you haven't seen it and are a fan of the original comics or action movies in general you are doing yourself a disservice. Buy it. Watch it. Show all your friends.

Action fans always clamor for pure movies like this, yet this film unfortunately did not find its audience at the cineplex. But this is an amazingly violent, yet fun, action extravaganza that is finally finding its target audience. Don't hesitate to blind-buy.

I went into the movie with low expectations based on the performance at the box office. I was pleasantly surprised by how well done the movie was. I thought Karl Urban played Dredd very well. I was further impressed that the digital copy is actually an HD digital copy and not a SD copy, so they aren't skimping for the $19.99 price.

Well the movie is fun and certainly enjoyable the packaging for this steel book 4K movie from lionsgate is absolutely stellar. They put a lot of work into their steal books and sometimes I even double up on their movies just because the steel book looks too good to pass up.

The 4k version of Judge Dredd for the enhanced sound alone is worth the investment. The visuals when brought to the higher resolution does this movie justice (no pun intended). One the best action based comic movies made with no compromise to the character. Fantastic movie, incredible sound track and action scenes. It was like watching for the first time all over again.

Love this movie and the beautiful steelbook case. Only issue I had was the app runs slow while doing a curb side pick up. Other the pictures is Crystal clear and sound is surprising good. Shame this film didn’t get the recognition it rightful deserves also a good sequel.

As someone who enjoys Karl Urban as an actor, I might be a little biased about this film. Idk if it does Judge Dredd (the UK comic series character) justice, but the acting and action are not bad and while the plot lacks somewhat this is not a film you would watch to think deeply over. Its a popcorn action flick so if thats what you are looking for, CHOME ON!

This is a very fun movie. The 4k HDR 10 image looks good and the Atmos audio sounds amazing. The steelbook is very nice and arrived with no damage and an unexpected clear slipcover with disc information so it looks more like a traditional 4K Blu-ray. Very highly recommended.

I did not see this movie when it release because of first Dread in 90’s came out really garbage with major actors. But oh boy I was wrong, this ver. Is much much darker story and serious then first one and I liked how they made this way with great visual effects and cool action. Definitely worth watching.

Excellent cyberpunk movie. The Blu-ray features plenty of behind the scenes features into how the movie was made and the thoughts of the cast and the crew. There is also a digital download option so you can watch it on a PC or other alternative platform.

This movie is brilliant. A perfect representation of the character and Karl Urban KILLS IT as Dredd. Cool effects, great action set pieces and a little bit of an homage to The Raid is not a bad thing imo lol. If you like good quality action and haven’t seen this movie, you are doing yourself a disservice.
