The movie, this steel... both incredible. Where is the sequel?? The colors and finish on this are so much better in person. If it had some embossing I'd be over the moon. Even bought a copy for my friend who loves the movie too.

The critics giving this a bad review either decided they weren't paid enough to give it a good one or have an allergy to extreme action. This is the most accurate portrayal of Judge Dredd we could have hoped for. And as for "no humor". There is humor but it requires a strong stomach. Much like... you know... the comic did.

This is a fantastic reboot an amazing visuals for a comic book movie. This quickly erases that horrible Stallone version from 1995 and does justice to the comic book source material. It is a shame that no one want to see this movie because we won't get a sequel now but please do yourself a service and see this movie by any means necessary.

This movie was WAY better than the trash that Stallone did. I was not familiar with the comic book but I think that this movie will make me want to read it. Karl Urban is one of the most underrated actors out there. He is GREAT as Bones in the new Star Trek and the other movies I have seen him are great. I would recommend this movie to everyone.

Far darker and more violent than Sly Stallone's Judge Dredd.

This a great action film that does not skimp on the gore and violence. Much better than the previous Judge Dredd film starring Sylvester Stallone. The steelbook cover is awesome and one of the best I have seen. Highly recommended!

This film is far removed from the Sylvester Stallone adaptation of Judge Dredd and much closer to more recent confined action movies like "The Raid: Redemption." The movie's characters can be a bit one dimensional but they interact well and the plot moves forward at a brisk enough pace to hold the audience's attention.

Almost missed out on this one. This is a shockingly good small budget actually honest adaptation of the source material. Very much a "day in the life" of it's world. There is a high level of craftsmanship on display.

Dredd never seems to get the love it should have. The movie wasn't a box office success and we might never get a part 2. It's a shame because the movie is fantastic. The visuals, acting and the action scenes are top notch. I can't recommend this movie enough if you like comic book movies and action movies.

This movie is excellent. You don't even need to know about Judge Dredd to enjoy it. There's tons of action, very stylish and enjoyable. Karl Urban makes an amazing Dredd. This movie is not one to miss!

I can't say enough about this movie. Sylvester is perfect for the part of the major action movie. It is non stop action throughout the whole movie. It's about a cop licensed to kill the losers of a makeup world. The criminals also get the chance to make things very difficult for Judge Dredd. You have to see it for yourself.

If you're a Karl Urban fan, this is a great add to the collection. Based off the comics, it has that surreal action you expect of a comic book movie with something of an anti-hero with the drawling tones of Karl Urban. It's a fun action don't have to think to much kind of movie (and did I mention Karl Ubran?).

I had seen Dredd when it first came out, but never owned a copy. When I saw Best Buy had the 3D blu-ray on sale -- with a digital copy included -- I picked it up, and I'm happy to say that it holds up as a violent thriller in the style of The Raid (which is probably still a better movie...).

Love this reboot or remake whatever you want to call it of the futuristic lawman. Karl Urban does a terrific job being the cold hearted JUDGE. I like it better than the other one because of the realism setting and that the costumes look like uniforms instead of costumes. Plus graphics are really kick a**!

this movie is kinda awesome, fans of the character will enjoy this as this is not the 90's Stallone iteration. This movie is dark, gritty and brutal, and fans of hard hitting action movies will like this too. The Blu Ray is great with high end 2D & 3D video and sound. Bought at price of $9.99 happy with purchase

Dredd is one of the most underrated comic book films of all time. A great action film that was incredibly overlooked upon release.This steelbook has excellent new artwork, perfectly capturing the films gritty look.

This movie is great, forget the mediocre Sylvester Stallone version from the 90's. This is true Judge Dredd, the grittiness, the action, the fact that he doesn't take off his helmet. This is not only a good comic book movie but a really good action movie
