    The first Judge Dredd movie had humor plus action. This movie was more action oriented but still very enjoyable.

    I love Stallone's Judge Dredd from the 90s, but it was camp all the way. Karl Urban's Dredd has a different tone entirely - serious, gritty, stylish. Give it a chance and you'll probably like it. My only complaint is that he doesn't remove his mask even once. I know the Dredd character is known for that, but not even once? Karl should have at least asked for that small concession.

    Hard to top Stallone in Judge Dredd but this one is pretty good too and in 3D. Looks fantastic on Samsung 8550 4K TV

    If you hated Stallone Dredd you owe it to yourself to watch this one. Much better rendition of the Dredd comic.
