I REALLY wanted to give this 5 stars…

I needed two larger ones and figured I’d go with a brand I’m familiar with (and like). I purchased them the end of January. Two weeks later, I turned it on to get some heat flowing and it began making this loud noise. I turned it off and on a few times. It stopped eventually. I recorded it then but I’m just now getting around to writing a review. It’s been like this anytime I try to use it. Not until that happen did I remember, I had a similar issue with one of my smaller ones. I was in a bind with very little heat in my building so instead of holding the company accountable, I just purchased another one. Out of sight, out of mind. I checked online for the reasons why this would happen and it doesn’t make sense! The smaller one was pretty new too. It was only about a month or two before it started acting up. No debris. No broken pieces. Very random. Since this first happened, the sound has gotten louder. I really like this heater when it isn’t making loud, disruptive noises. I just realized I can’t upload my video as proof because it’s larger than 10MB….

Waste of money

The thing keeps turning off after running for few minutes and flashes a PP error code. I'd have to unplug and plug it back in but it'll keep doing the same thing. I would have returned it but i threw away the box. Don't waste your money on this.

Very Disappointed with heater and Best Buy

First, it doesn't blow out hot air, it is tepid at the most. Secondly, when I tried to return it to Best Buy, they wouldn't accept it because the attempted return date was past their 14 day policy.

Found a much smaller better heater than this

Shut itself off.

Tried another outlet on other side of room and same. Returned but missed the 2 week period so had to settle for a store credit. Not happy

Dreo 20 - did not live up to its reputation
