    Waste of money

    Waste of money. The thing keeps turning off after running for few minutes and flashes a PP error code. I'd have to unplug and plug it back in but it'll keep doing the same thing. I would have returned it but i threw away the box. Don't waste your money on this.

    Very Disappointed with heater and Best Buy

    I am dissappointed for a few reasons. First, it doesn't blow out hot air, it is tepid at the most. Secondly, when I tried to return it to Best Buy, they wouldn't accept it because the attempted return date was past their 14 day policy.

    Shut itself off.

    Worked for 10-15 minutes then shut itself off. Checked code and it's the plug getting warm. Tried another outlet on other side of room and same. Returned but missed the 2 week period so had to settle for a store credit. Not happy

    Dreo 20 - did not live up to its reputation

    I have not been able to get this to work. It trips off my electricity wherever it is plugged in. Was disappointed as it was listed as one of the best heaters to own.

    Keep shutting off even when I plug it into the wall by itself. Work at first but now doesn't work

    there was something wrong with this item. it fried my outlet and blew out every fuse in several locations in my house. i have never had a portable heater do that.
