Poor sound & difficult connectivity

When I did manage to get it connected (which I had to do manually every time I got back into my car) the sound quality was poor but even worse the person I was talking to could not hear me clearly. Most calls ended up with me having to switch back to using my phone on speaker phone or on my ear. Would not recommend it.
