Still working
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first one last one week and then sounded as if was scrambled. Best buy replaced it and now the new one has worked for two months. Easy to setup, and use.

Great for its purpose
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to run calls thru from my iPhone 4. Setup is as simple as could be, connectivity was seamless, clarity from outgoing and incoming calls are without complaint. Perfect for my purpose. The bonus for me was the ability to hear my iTunes music. Thanks JABRA.

Good sound quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was recommended to us by a friend whom we trust, so we bought it on his word. We love it. My husband's Bluetooth ear piece was startling to deteriorate so he needed a new device. We use it everywhere--while driving, in my husband's office like a speaker phone, outside on our deck. It saves the iPhone battery by not using the speaker on the phone.

hands-free phone use while driving @ low cost
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to Best Buy planning to get OnStar installed, just so I could have a hands free phone option in my 2004 Mitsubishi Spyder Eclipse. I only drove the car about 3500 miles a year so I wasn't anxious to incur a monthly charge from OnStar but I'm spoiled by handsfree in my other car and am unlikely to trade in this car just to get that option. I wasn't aware of this Jabra speakerphone until the sales associate told me about it. I think it's a great idea for anyone who wants this option in a car. I wondered if it would be loud enough to be heard over the wind noise while driving a convertible, and,no problem!

Why bad reviews? Sounds great! Qu
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It works perfect for listening to talk radio and/or taking phone calls. I use it for working around the house, so I can keep my hands free, and listen to talk radio without having earphones on...or even taking walks outside...safer than having headhones in, as it allows you to be more aware of your surroundings...Well worth the $$!! Nice clear sound...a little more bass would make it perfect...overall, no compaints!

Excellent First Speaker
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for a friend who continually called me on his cellphone while driving and I was concerned about the dangers he was courting. I have an older Jabra bluetooth car speaker that I love and value for the safety it provides and for its excellent performance. The Drive speaker seems to work just as effectively, though my one quibble is my friend's soft voice doesn't always get picked up as clearly as my older one appears to, though I tend to think that is more the fault of his iPhone 5 than the Drive unit. Still an excellent purchase!

What junk!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have two previous models by Jabra (Journey) that I have been very happy with. I received this as a gift and was happy with the nice appearance. We first used it in my wife's car and she continually complained about the poor performance, so I traded with her. What a piece of junk. The speaker is so quiet, even when turned all the way up that I can barely hear it when stopped still. The device continually disconnects and the battery holds its charge almost no time at all. The sound is tinny and unrecognizable at times. When you turn the volume up it doesn't change and you still can't hear it. I have two of the previous models (not the Drive) and am very happy with them. I took this back to Best Buy and they exchanged to for a new one, in case the original was defective, and the new one was just as bad as the first. This is a huge disappointment and a total waste of money.

Works like I wanted, but sound quality not good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really, really wanted to like this enough to keep it, but I'm afraid it's going back. I have used it almost every day for more than a month, about 60% for Siri commands and 40% for speakerphone. Here's the basics of my experience: 1) When driving 45 and below, voice commands are recognized pretty well, but at highway speed my voice must be distorted because Siri commands are mangled. 2) On numerous occasions, the party on the other end complained of a bad echo -- they would talk and hear their words slightly delayed 3) On a few occasions, Siri would mangle my voice commands and voice-to-text even at lower speeds. After turning off the phone and the speakerphone to re-establish the connection, it would work better again. Not sure if it was the phone or the speakerphone. 4) I mounted my phone on the dash without connecting to the Jabra Drive and the phone's mic worked better than the Jabra Drive on both calls and voice-to-text, even at highway speed. That kinda sealed the deal on the return.

My next car will have a built in bluetooth speaker
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried numerous bluetooth sets from car speakers to ear. I can never find one that is a.) comfortable b.) stays in my ear c.) gives me a clear sound, it is always scratchy including the speaker for the car. I find I have to adjust the volume no matter if you could hear a pin drop in the car. d.) I always have to mess with the speaker to have it connect.

Volume Awful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have set the volume as high as it can go and literally have to either pull over or move my ear closer to my visor to hear the caller. This in itself renders pretty useless for the car use which is it's main focus. The other thing is I've tried a different product that would announce who was calling if they were part of your address book which was nice. The device does connect with SIRI and I was able to make a call ok. I also wish you didn't have to push the "answer" button and had the option to speak "Answer Call" similar to how the Motorola Roadster (not compatible for the apps with iPhone) is. I can't believe there are so little products that are perfect for this out there given some states even have laws about hands free.

Works ok
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the voice call aspect. Sounded great. However, if I played Pandora from my phone the bluetooth speaker would take over instead of going through the car speakers. Couldn't disengage unless you turn it off.

Easy to set up and use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to go handsfree in their automobile. My daughter uses it to play her music in the car from her phone as well. I have been very pleased so far. It is definitely what I wanted for a not so high price.

Not bad , but not good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had bout this a couple of months ago for my work van. When I would talk to people on the phone, they could not hear me that clearly or not at all. I can barely hear the person the other end either. When I would turn the volume up to the point where I could hear the person on the phone, it would be too distorted and not clear. Should have read more reviews before buying this. Hopefully someone will have an actual audio review being on the receiving end of someone using this unit as well and being the person using it.

I'M A FAN
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have only had it a few days, however it is fantastic. People can not even tell that I have them on speakerphone. Liked it so much, bought one for my wife. Not sure about the battery life yet, but if it's bad, i'll send another post.

Not for an iPhone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Difficult to use, there is no way to initiate a call on the device. Must use the phone which defeats the purpose of the handsfree. Every other bluetooth I've ever owned allowed you to press a button or somewhere on the device to start a call. I do not want to listen to my music or audio books over the BT speaker, I can port to ny car stero but this does not allow it; if it's on everything plays on the speaker which would be OK if I didn't have an AUX port on the stereo. I will be returning this tomorrow.

Works but sound is tinny
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been happy with this so far. It works as advertised. The only think I do not like is the sound. I presume the sound is as good as I am going to get for the size and price.

To be returned
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im really disappointed at Jabra. Unfortunatelly my car doesn't have a bluetooth (unacceptable nowadays, i know). So I had to get this bluetooth device at Best Buy, They only had two choices at St. Peters, MO store. I did go for the one that the associate said should be the best one. The other side, hears me well, but I barely can get some words on my side. It is worse than a cheap kids walk-talk. Being returned ASAP. :-(
