Had to return, defective discs

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was a huge let down to me, defective set, had to return for full refund. Best Buy did that for me, so customer service was good. No replacement offered, but I did get money back. The discs were disgraceful. One star for product.
