A wonderful visionary design to the classics Disney story

Graphics look good, storyline is ok, acting was not bad.

Anyone over the age of 5 should know the storyline. As I watched the movie with great expectation I became annoyed at the poor job of animation with the elephants especially Dumbo. The shape was an elephant but the total appearance missed the mark. It was distracting.

Not a bad retelling of the story everyone knows. A few cookie-cutter characters but the continued renaissance of Michael Keaton is a wonder to behold. Dumbo himself is a joy to watch. The CGI is very good and he is believable. Fun for the whole family.

The movie had some very nostalgic moments but the newer integrated story theme was rather boring and had no real soul to it. It was an 'okay', and I wish I had seen it without buying the movie - cause I'll never watch it again for myself.

This movie didn’t have that magic of any other Tim Burton classic, really disappointing, it felt as if the script was rushed just to get this classic tale out in live action form to fit in with the rest of the Disney classic reboots...

The 4K presentation is quite nice, but the story just isn’t there. There is a plot, but the feelings aren’t there for the characters. The separation of Dumbo from Jumbo ripped me apart in the animated film. In this version it didn’t even get a single tear. For a plot point that is supposed to motivate the viewer and heighten the tension for the rest of the story, it just didn’t even make “a drop in the bucket”. So, watch it if you must, but don’t get your hopes up for a good show. Plan for mediocre at best.
