The update in video and sound quality is long overdue and was enjoyable. Im glad I bought it

A Worthy Adaptation

Love or hate Timotheé Chalamet, his despondent and analytical portrayal feels suitable for the role. I'm not going to compare this to other adaptations as that's disingenuous. Each piece of art should rise and fall on its own merits. What David Lynch would have done has little bearing on what is good or bad about this movie. The set design and visual effects are wonderful and the sound design helps carry the story.

Hope it continues beyond the previous film to follow deeper into the books' storylines. Nice extras. Wish there was a Director's cut included but guess its too soon to release that with the next chapter still wrapping up production.
