Our Family Loved this movie. Definitely reminds me of an updated Star Wars. It can get a little intense for young viewers.

Fantastic release of the movie! They fixed the color balance and audio levels from the theatrical release. So you can see what is happening and you can the characters talk!

I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. The sights and sounds were top notch and the story is interesting. Bought the 4k and it was sharp just like a 4k should be.

I really like this movie. It has to be my favorite release of the year. The discs came scratch and smudge free. Cant wait for the next one.

Casting is superb with each character having gifted strengths that develop them in proper contrast with each other. Very well done movie !!

Great story, beautiful landscapes, and stellar cast. This movie shakes my room. I love it! The 4k disc is better than streaming in my opinion. Can't wait for part 2!

I won't review the plot. If you are reading this, you probably know it by now...I'll cover the disc quality. In 4K, the picture is great. It looks a little soft in some places, but that's due to so much of it being in the dessert...lot's of sand blowing around. Out of the sand...outstanding....looks great. The Dolby Atmos Sound is probably one of the best Atmos presentations I've ever heard. It is demo worthy. To be honest, I think the film story is OK (3 stars), but I'm rating this disc 5 stars as it has outstanding Dolby Atmos and Picture quality... Get this...you won't be disappointed!

Awesome movie for an awesome price, purchased during a sale for 10$ and to get multiple copies of a movie for less than 30$ is a steal

Story is intriguing. Visuals are captivating. For this movie to be as long as it is and to still have me waiting for more speaks volumes.

Finally a version of this Frank Herbert classic that is "mostly" true to the original. Great visuals and great character development. Looking forward to Part 2 in December

I am a huge Dune fan and have read all of the books from the original storyline. I also own the other 2 Dune movies. Doesn't live up to the hype. Movie is well done as a movie, it does explain the background of the story better than the 1984 movie, but also skips a lot of information that is key to the story line. For instance, the Shadot Mapes role was for more than what was shown, the scene where Leto's father saves the harvester workers over the spice. Liet made a comment about Letos father saving the people versus the harvester, which later played a main role in the Fremen trusting the Atreides.

This is one hell of a film! Absolutely loved this film from start to end. To experience this film fully get the possible tv and sound system. You won’t be disappointed

Finally, a Dune movie that we can all agree is fantastic. And it needs to be seen in glorious 4K on as big of a 4K TV screen as you can afford. I read Dune the book as a teenager, and it was one of the greatest Science Fiction stories i ever read, but translating it to the big screen would be almost impossible, and nobody has gotten it right until now. Making this one of the must buy 4K movies for any fan of the book or anybody that wants to show off their new 4K big screen tv with their nice big new sound system to their friends and family. It truly amazes.

I honestly can't remember the last time I was so impressed by the scale of a movie. Titanic, maybe? Fell into a Dune rabbit hole after seeing the movie in theaters and anxiously waited for the 4k blu. I suspected the disc would be a knockout and was not disappointed. Fantastic release. Beautiful video quality and possible the most insane sound mix I've ever heard. From the beginning with the thump, thump, thump of Zimmer's score to the worm sightings and sandstorm... phew. Makes me want to upgrade my system to a full Atmos set-up instead of my 5.1.2 system.

This 4K version of Dune looks and sounds absolutely stunning and gorgeous. While the movie itself does lack a bit in emotion and character depth, the sets are huge in scope and detail, and the sound and soundtrack are powerful and relentless. The overall look and feel of Villeneuve's vision faithfully matches the epic scope and grandness of the book and finally delivers author Frank Herbert's vision in a very satisfying way. I like it better every time I watch it.

And absolutely must own movie on 4K absolutely demo worthy the Dolby Vision visuals are super amazing. The Dolby Atmos is a killer for any theater system.

This movie is awesome. It is super fun to watch over and over.

I am a bit of an oddbal, being both a fan of the book as well as David Lynch’s 1984 film adaptation (what that film lost from the book it more than made up for in tone/atmosphere/cinematography). Now compared to this film, this one is grander, darker, and more fleshed out/accurate than the 1984 version. While I will forever be a fan of the original film, this one really comes closest to the source material. I can’t wait for the next part!!!

I love this movie and with the 4k blue ray. I mean the picture quality is so amazing. I am so glad we decided to buy a 4k blue ray player
