Timothee chalamet is my goat beautiful visuals in 4K

The movie is a 4 star flick, but the audio and picture quality are top notch! The picture is beautiful and the soundtrack is the star. The bass levels and overall presentation is definitely reference. It was such an experience listening to this movie using Auromatic upmixer. Wow!

A muat have for your home theater speakers and tv. Video quality is excellent. Details come out clean and crisp. Your speakers will get a work out. Movie is slow to develop and leaves you hanging for a sequel but good overall.

always enjoy shopping at Best Buy, friendly and knowledgeable staff, feels like shopping with friends. The 4K Dune is fantastic, wow, great sound and visuals, takes a little time to understand the story, i.e. strange sounding planets, worlds, but give it time. Great to watch!

Incredible movie based on the book series. The second movie is in development and I cant wait to see how part 2 turns out. I definitely recommend this movie as the actors do a great job and I think it was directed very well.

I have seen all the previous movies and the Syfy mini series. I have read all of the books of the series too. It is hard to put a book series such as dune on big or small screen. I enjoyed this movie and it was a decent attempt at capturing the books story. The cinematography was an Excellent and interesting. I enjoyed it even though no movie or tv series can capture the images and feel the books portrayed. I have already watched it twice

Gorgeous movie. I missed this in theatres. Definitely need to watch in 4k with a home entertainment system. I would not stream this movie and watch through TV speakers. Can't wait for the second part.

Denis Villeneuve has done an amazing job in bringing Dune to life for a new generation, given just how complex the novel is. From the story to the characters, and places in it. This movie is an absolute visual master piece

This movie isnt anything new if you've seen the 1984 version of Dune. Repackaged with better special effects and actors that are better fits for the characters that they are portraying. This movie really shines in its visuals and soundtrack. If you have a Dolby Atmos system, this movie will make you happy. The sound engineer used the height channels for more than music and the occasional grunt or explosions. You actually hear sand blowing and bouncing off of objects amongst other things. Anytime someone uses "The Voice" it shakes the house subterranean violence. The director really wanted you to feel the otherworldly effects and power of it. This is a worthy purchase to add to any collection, especially for those with Atmos systems and multiple subwoofers. Great visuals on 4k and better tvs. This movie will switch from full screen and Imax to let you get the full depth and grandeur of certain scenes. Buy it !!

A little boring, not as good and the original Dune. Only thing it has going for it is the CGI/graphics.

Cool move. I like/loved almost everything about it. Never like Zendea, not in Spidey, and def not in this movie. I am still looking forward to part 2. This movie looks great in 4K. Dont buy normal BluRays, you may as well just stream then.

I love this movie. Been a fan of Dune for 30 years and was really excited for this take on the Sci Fi classic. The picture on this was very sharp and almost as enjoyable as seeing it in IMAX without the risk of being around other people in these trying times.

Not a review of the movie itself but the 4K version. The 4K picture quality is excellent, as well as the lossless audio. Only wish these movies would be in full widescreen without the bars. Online order and pickup in store seamless. Thank you Best Buy.

Don't believe the nay-sayers who don't understand Frank Herbert's story. Yes it's long and tells only half the story, but it's a great experience. Lush cinematography, and an outstanding Atmos sound track that will work your surround sound system!

Looks killer on 4k - miss the aspect ratio from Imax but still great video and audio. An amazing adaptation and a vast improvement over David Lynch's version, should have won Best Picture. My only complaint is having to wait for part 2

This film does full justice to Frank Herbert’s Novel. I remember reading the serialization in 1963-64 in Analog and anxiously awaiting the each episode. Previous attempts at making a film from the Novel(s), there are two that I remember, have been failures because they got caught up with the gee-wiz future background and missed the true story about the Human Condition and how little the far future might change it. I was particularly pleased to see “Part 1” displayed below the Title indicating that the production team realizes that the story cannot be told in a single film. I was also glad to learn that the green light was given for Part Ii after the excellent box office of the first weekend. The production values are spectacular, however they are left for the eye of the beholder to see, but do not overshadow the telling of the story. BRAVO!

The new Dune is really a great movie to have. This is the first part, a second one is coming late 2022 if I am right. The color, the actors, the music and the story are perfect to keep you watching until the end. Please get the 4K Ultra HD.

Fantastic quality for a fantastic movie. Bummed I missed out on the Steel book, but this watches just the same and I'm happy for that. Do yourself a favor and watch this movie on the best quality TV and player you can find. It looks that good.

Watched the original when it came out, Loved it, and yes the whole story in one movie, but this one is splitting that into 2 i guess, as this is the first part. Much better effects than the original and some new faces make this a must see...

Denis Villeneuve adapts Frank Herbert’s Sci-fi epic for a modern day audience. Amazing visuals, great acting, fantastic setting and costume design. This is a great film for any fan of science fiction to watch. I cannot wait to see Part 2.
