Such a good movie way better looking than the original movie the casting was good that Hans zimmer soundtrack was so awesome for the movie. The steelbook looks good and came in perfect keep up the good work

A surprisingly good film! Many have claimed that the Dune book can't be properly made into a movie, and the 80s Dune movie kinda exemplified that, but this was a fascinating and captivating film and I'm excited to see Part 2.

I love this movie with everything in me. I’ll rewatch it over and over. But beware, time commitment.

A wonderful steel book for a beautiful film. In every way, Dune is one of the more flawless movies we have been lucky enough to receive in the last 10 years. If you can find this steel book, grab it.

Perhaps the best 4k disc on the market. This film is stunningly beautiful. Not to mention, it is an excellent film. Denis Villeneuve has cemented himself as one of the greatest directors working today.

I wish I could give a review of this but I have not had the chance to watch it. All I can say is a good friend recommended this and he said it was stunning visuals and audio that's why I purchased it.

As good as the streaming audio and video were, the 4K has greater clarity and definition. This film is an instant classic, more than the sum of its parts, capturing some of the feeling of the book. I preordered this steelbook months in advance, knowing it would sell out quickly. I'm sorry others were too late, but rating this fantastic 4K achievement below what it deserves is just wrong. And it deserves the highest rating possible. A fantastic achievement! Thankfully, Best Buy shipped it in a large, oversized cardboard box instead of the usual plastic sleeve, so it arrived in mint condition with no dents or dings. Beautiful artwork. Can't wait for part 2 in 2023.

I brought this movie to test out on my 4K TV. I wasn’t disappointed the visuals were just stunning.

Purchased the recent 4K re-do of the original "Dune." It was an improvement technically speaking. But, having said that, this new production is far superior. (In my view.) The "new" Dune is somewhat (mostly) true to the original story. The cut scenes were not missed by me... People may feel differently, but I felt everything about this movie was better. Nicely redone story line. Much better video quality. (Both Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Very nice if you are set-up for it.) And, the sound track is excellent. I think it's a reference disc. If you are a Dune fan, buy it... When part II comes out, I'll be on the list for an early copy.

Easily one of the greatest science fiction films ever made, and if you haven’t watched it yet then what are you doing reading reviews and not buying it immediately?!

Our Family Loved this movie. Definitely reminds me of an updated Star Wars. It can get a little intense for young viewers.

I saw the original Dune, I was hooked! This one didn't disappoint. I was engaged from the beginning to the end. Ready for part two.

As a whole this Dune is much better than the first. The filming locations where great. The acting was very good. Over all this was a very good movie. Looking forward to part two.

I am a huge Dune fan and have read all of the books from the original storyline. I also own the other 2 Dune movies. Doesn't live up to the hype. Movie is well done as a movie, it does explain the background of the story better than the 1984 movie, but also skips a lot of information that is key to the story line. For instance, the Shadot Mapes role was for more than what was shown, the scene where Leto's father saves the harvester workers over the spice. Liet made a comment about Letos father saving the people versus the harvester, which later played a main role in the Fremen trusting the Atreides.

Fantastic release of the movie! They fixed the color balance and audio levels from the theatrical release. So you can see what is happening and you can the characters talk!

"Dune" is one of my favorite novels of all time and I watched and sometimes endured several well-intentioned failures that didn't capture the book's magic. This version gets it and delivers. Every actor is perfectly cast with special thanks to Rebecca Ferguson as Lady Jessica and Jason Momoa as Duncan Idaho. The production and sound design is spot on as is the cinematography. Then there is Zimmer's incredible score. It is flawless. The only downside is the movie has to end at some point. This disc is amazing. And somewhere Frank Herbert is smiling and saying "you've done my creation well."

I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. The sights and sounds were top notch and the story is interesting. Bought the 4k and it was sharp just like a 4k should be.

Great movie start to finish! Much better than original. Another great score by Zimmer. Acting, directing 5 stars. Glad I ordered Steelbook early ! Case came I great shape
