The film is excellent, as is the blu-Ray. I admit I don't have a 4K player ... yet. I also like the convenience of the MoviesAnywhere digital code; it's nice to be able to watch the film on my iPad, and I may download it there for an upcoming car ride.

One of the best remakes in a long time! Great cinematography and performances.

Sound and image quality is stupendous. the movie itself is excellent. the only drawback is like so many other long stories it got broken up into parts. so will have to wait for the rest of the story and of course pay more money to see it

I tried not to compare with the previous film, or the Sci=Fi channels miniseries. A little surprise that it opened with "Part !". Ilke Frank Herbert and thus I liked this offering of his work. Looking forward to Part 2, if there is such a thing.

Having read all of the original volumes and the prequel and sequel books plus viewing the DeLaurientis film I was left wanting a film that was truer to the novel version, this film is that!

Best Dune film so far. A much better adaptation of the Frank Herbert novel than the 1984 film and the 2000 3-part TV mini series. Can hardly wait for the next part which is supposed to come out on October 20, 2023. Don't miss it!

Two things, the steelbook case is one of the better ones the past 12 months. The movie was great, however, the DUNE story needs to be stretched out more IMO. That being said, there are several books and each could easily be multiple movies.

Not only is the movie epic and masterful, but the steelbook art is absolutely gorgeous! I was nervous I’d never get one when they sold out super fast, but I’m so glad they opened it back up!

Fantastic, epic movie. Everyone knows the story so which is fantastic. The steelbook is absolutely gorgeous and just feels so good in hand. I think they came.up with a simple but amazing design. Easily 5 ☆ and an easy decision to buy!

Saw this movie in IMAX and loved it. The transfer of this movie is great just wished they would have done the transfer in IMAX. Audio and Visuals are reference caliber. Can’t wait for part 2!!! This is a must have for your collection!

I have no previous knowledge of Dune.. never saw a previous movie or read any of the books. So, watching it was a bit confusing. I liked it and didnt think about turning it off or anything- it was just kind of hard to follow. Beautifully casted, though! It made me want to understand it better so I have since read the book and it makes much more sense now.

Good movie but I just wish they did a better job with the ending.

Watching this makes me really interested and wondering what will happen in part 2. My Girlfriend said it was boring, or something like that, but i really enjoyed the movie, very interesting.

This Dune movie maybe slow, but it is very close to the book. This movie has feel that builds with each moment and gives fantastic scenery that gives the look you would hope for in Dune!

Movie visually is really good along with the sound. Does it match the book perfectly no neither did the other Dune movie. Had fun watching only disappoint was this is part one of two so going to be long wait to see what they did.

The movie had didn't seem to be the same as the original but the enhancements and additions were much better. The difference was night and day. Action wise this also seemed to be better. I liked it; waiting for the sequel.
