HBO Max compression does a major disservice to the stunning visuals. Highly recommend.

I’ll be honest. When I heard Dune was being remade, I wasn’t to happy. But I’ve changed my mind after seeing it.

Brolin , Isaac , Chalament are all so great in the movie. Good on screen adaptation of the book.

If you are into SciFi, "Dune" is perfect for you. Unfortunately, it is only part 1. Part 2 is scheduled sometime in 2023.

Can only watch this in 4k, you need everything optimal for best movie theater quality display.

Monumental images! But many scenes are far too grainy and dark. Character development was shallow and thin. But, rewatching this epic tale was fruitful. Beginning to see the larger vision. It will take some time.

Good but slow. I understand they are setting it up for a much bigger story and I am excited to see the story moving forward.

Fantastic packaging for a fantastic movie! Unfortunately my disc was one that was missing the 4K disc. The digital copy shows excellent mastering, so I’m sure it will look great when I get a replacement copy!

Timothée Chalamet at his best, passing the best movie he has ever done in his lifetime.

This was an awesome sci fi movie, which is rare nowadays. I’d probably give it a 4.5 if that was an option.

This movie follows the book much closer than the 1984 version. It didn't disappoint. I can't wait for the second part, and hopefully the following books thereafter. I just started into Dune. Keep up the good work!

Dune is very entertaining as a movie.. great picture in 4K and if you have surround sound with Dolby Atmos set up, you will have much better experience. Great bass to workout your subwoofers too

Quality of steel book case is pretty good. I’m one of those people who likes keeping the material and there isn’t a place to keep the cover sheet describing the movie and stuff inside the case, has to be folded.
