Very,very good movie, good actors, very entertaining

Got it on Black Friday because it was cheap. Don't get all the hype. Tried multiple times to get through it but gave up. Gave it away. Blind buys sometimes work this time......no

Was not expecting this movie to be cut in half. I was really getting into the movie and did not realize I was watching Part One. Boo. I think this version is better than the original. Very detailed in the telling of the story.

1 star. No slipcover. Wrinkled paper cover behind the plastic. Dent in the front. Poor condition. Disc works. Excellent movie though.

Not as exciting, I have the original and it tells the whole story, not the first third. I realize it is more toward the books but I was expecting more, I guess I'll have to wait for the next movie.

Well this new Dine was not as good as the first one that was back in the 90’s. You couldn’t hear the thoughts of the people like in the book and the other movie. I would not buy it at full price.

Not too bad. like the first expect it to get better when they release the follow up films. I would wait till that happens to get this one. On its own it is not that entertaining.

Decent movie, but the original was better in my opinion. As for the 3D, it felt a bit flat to me. But I fully support the continuation of 3D blu-ray releases!!!

The images all have visual echoes around them. Unwatchable.

Although this remake of the Dune story was better than the 1984 release, it still falls short of earning the hype associated with it.

Very disappointed! The original was much better. No wonder we got it for only 8 bucks!

Over rated. Story is disjointed. And the whole movie is filmed in brown. Yes it’s the desert but it gets old. Fight scenes are like watching a bad ballet.

Great movie but they left it hanging for part 2. The problem is I never saw any indication before I bought it that it what was only part of the movie.

Unfortunately the 4k disk was too dark & I had lost the receipt so I had to rebuy the disk. It happens sometimes. I watched the blue ray edition

Once again Best Buy has handled this release horribly. Apparently the only peole who got one are people who preordered like myself, but….mine came damaged and guess what? Best Buy doesnt bother keeping any on hand for cases like this so you keep the damaged one or nothing! Also warner seriously messed up with no imax ratio on this just like with Blade Runner 2049!! This movie along with the aformentioned NEED to be seen in open aspect ratio!!

The movie was visually stunning but was slow at times. Steelbook was a little boring with bad inside artwork

Liked the original Dune. Maybe the special effects wasn't as good as the new one but at least it explained a lot more. It was too dark.

Everything was in the case, but there were 2 dents on the top and bottom of the case. Since it was a steelbook this is especially annoying.

What an awesome-looking movie in 4k! This was a sought-after steelbook, but when I ordered a few of them, they were dropped off on my porch in a huge bubble mailer bag. Shipping multiple copies of any steelbook this way causes damage. Please package movies in cardboard boxes moving forward!
