I have no idea if all of the cup’s remained in the box. Why not place the item into a cardboard box, tape it then mail???

Beware of buying online and picking up crap!

When I arrived to pick up at West oak location the box of coffee was damaged so bad that it had holes on bottom and clearly was smashed numerous times. The kicker was they actually tought I was gonna receive the product and not once did they try to fix the issue by replacing the item or even sent me to another location to pick up elsewhere. Showed 0 costumer need to help and what is sad that if it is just coffee imagine how they treat expensive items to hand to costumers who purchase online. Especially now during this pandemic!
