It's Dunkin Doughnuts coffee ! how could it taste so gross ? It tasted like watered down coffee. Two of the pods where poked open and all over the box.

After buying online. When I arrived to pick up at West oak location the box of coffee was damaged so bad that it had holes on bottom and clearly was smashed numerous times. The kicker was they actually tought I was gonna receive the product and not once did they try to fix the issue by replacing the item or even sent me to another location to pick up elsewhere. Showed 0 costumer need to help and what is sad that if it is just coffee imagine how they treat expensive items to hand to costumers who purchase online. Especially now during this pandemic!

They sent 2 boxes of expired coffee to me and I had to return them to the store. They came in an envelope. They wouldn’t send an envelope to returned them. I had to return them to the store. They wanted the expired coffee returned.

These pods explode and make a huge mess. After every exploding pod I have to clean the machine which is a big fuss. I should have researched online because despite being "official" k cups, everyone has the same problem--exploding cups. Don't buy.

The packaging is broken and coffee is very grainy looks like this is an old supply and also says dunkin in the label not recommended wouldnlike to return just never had time to do it yet

Item item I received was expired! This is the second time Best Buy has sent expired coffee out. Check your boxes when they have a sale.

Was very pleased to find the 44count Dunkin Donuts Keurig K cups, did not know that size even existed and it works out much cheaper than I have been paying for smaller seize packages.

The Dunkin Donut K cup coffee was excellent. I bought a total of around 44 of them for a very reasonable price for the particular coffee container. The product was excellent.

From the beginning these pods have been a nightmare to deal with. 2/3 of the attempts to brew a cup of coffee result in coffee grounds exploding into my coffee cup and from the top foil of the pod. We used the Keurig needle maintenance accessory and have thoroughly cleaned the machine various times, with no improvement. Not sure if the problem is with the grounds themselves, or the pods. Almost the entire box has been defective and we are refusing to even use the remaining pods. I would be hesitant to try this particular pod ever again. What a waste of time and money.

Box came with an expiration date of 2/28/21. So, the k-cups have been sitting on a self for quite a while.

There was coffie grounds mixed in with kcups some of the pods don’t work I get grounds in coffie cup

Buy it 05/2018 and Returned because expires 03/18.

Purchased the pods and more than half the pods didn't work. I thought it was my Keurig but I tried them on two different machines and the coffee wouldn't drip and where we put the pod would overflow and spill everywhere. Used a different brand and no problems.

Normally the k cups are fine but not these, I purchased 2 boxes and both boxes explode in the keurig. It’s not the pot, because my other k cups are fine. I noticed the foil is a bit loose so maybe that’s it. Either way they’re awful and I can’t use them.

Using the Dunkin Donuts K-Cup Pods for Keurig Model 2.0 was a mess spilling the coffee grounds into the coffee mug. Problem was traced to the pod bottom where it has the circular ridge that allows the grounds to leak into the mug.

Very disappointed in the condition of the k-cups when they arrived. Both boxes were open and several k-cups were crushed. The outer shipping box was crushed and wet.

Not the taste I was expecting, I guess you get what you paid for....poor quality and taste... very disappointed

This has been the worst coffee I have bought for my new Keurig Supreme. Tastes like hot water.

All the K-Cups basically leaked grounds into the coffee and came out of the top when dispensing. waste of money

I drink a ton of coffee and tea but for some reason Dunkin' Donuts coffee gives me extremely bad heart burn.
