Christopher Nolan's WWII epic is unlike any other film out there. Don't let the short runtime and PG-13 rating fool you. This is one of the most nail-biting films to come out in years.

A taut thriller that deserved it's best picture nomination. But although the audio is not Dolby Atmos or DTS:X, the sound design makes the DTS-HD MA 5.1 track come alive!

My wife is very Proud to be the daughter (Korean War), daughter in-law (WWII) and wife of a Veteran (Vietnam). She love's war movies because the truth is finally told. She always Thanks all Veterans with, THANK YOU FOR OUR FREEDOM.

Christopher Nolan is genius. Everything is this movies is so real and natural- because he is trying to use as much real stuff as he can, without computerizing every little thing. IMAX sequences are so amazingly clear in 4K.

This film has some great action scenes and documentary type information throughout. I was hoping for more action, but still a phenomenal film! You get a sense of what it was really like to be at Dunkirk during the time of the war.

This movie is an experience, the detail in the sound, the way 3 different timelines are linked was incredible. Just an intense experience. Highly recommended. Not your typical drama, story driven movie, it drops you into the action.

Dunkirk is a great movie with excellent storytelling. It’s interesting how it is played out since the three different groups take place over different lengths of time. The steelbook also looks amazing!

I am not going to review the movie. Check out Rotten Tomatoes. The 4K quality is the real draw. Is it good? Well, it's just OK. I would say it's not much better than an upscaled Blu-ray disc. It's hard to find a great 4k film. I can only think of a couple. Revenant is the best example.

This is one of the best war movies ever. It has everything that a classic or War movie should have, but Christopher Nolan makes it fresh with his amazing use of time and psychological perspective.

Christopher Nolan does it again, this turned out to be a fantastic movie. I really enjoyed how the movie was shot and put together, it was interesting to see how each choice or move affected another. This is another WWII classic.

I saw this movie in a theater and determine that I needed to own the DVD since it shows the history behind the escape from Dunkirk. The individual stories of the soldiers and the English people in helping the evacuation from Dunkirk..

Fantastic movie by Christopher Nolan. One of the best dogfights I’ve seen in a film. This case comes with Blu-Ray, DVD, and digital code, even though the case only says Blu-Ray.

Dunkirk was a harrowing movie experience. So just imagine being in such a helpless real situation where your life was in jeopardy in this fashion. A must see movie. Blu-ray AV quality was very realistic. Great Best Buy Steel Book.

I knew a little about what happened in WWII with Dunkirk but this movie fleshed it out a bit more. Still fiction but historical fiction and it made me want to learn more about Dunkirk and England's response to the situation.

This is an excellent movie good acting good writing good directing and all-around enjoyable watch this is when filmmakers get it right they don't do it often but they definitely did it this time

I’ve been a huge fan of Christopher Nolan’s movies since Memento. He delivers each and every time. This movie is no exception - Nolan brings his unique vision to the evacuation of Dunkirk during WWII. Highly recommended

Great film with an unusual but effective way of telling this important event in history from three critical perspectives. Along with The Darkest Hour, currently in theaters, it provides a much needed understanding of Dunkirk.

A very good movie. I used this to really test my 11.2 system and 4k tv. The content was very well delivered and the movie very interesting. A little advice, turn your low frequency down or stuff starts falling off the walls.

Christopher Nolan...enough said. If you had the chance to see this movie in theaters at 70mm (as originally shot), you're one of the lucky ones. The story telling is amazing to start with, but to add the 70mm experience on top of it, takes it to another level.

While it wasn't my first choice when I went to go see it in the theatre, I was absolutely awed and was very glad my cousin picked it. The home release is just as inspiring and engaging, and will hold up to multiple viewings.
