Christopher Nolan at his best. Best war movie since Saving Private Ryan. Great cinematography. Steelbook cover and packaging is just okay. Not as good as the movie.

where we as educators are trying to teach with all this technology around us, this movie allows us to teach kids about a piece of World War II. Kids were really into it and it made my lessons that much better.

War & saving the British Army. Okay, the movie has 3 perspectives non chronologically order, but I found it easy to follow & thought it extremely entertaining. Drama & action were directed brilliantly.

This is not for the faint hearted! IT is a very intense movie and very violent but it is a war movie after all. The characters are amazing and the whole movie is a masterpiece!

This film is dynamic. The story, the action, the drama, the musical score; all of it, truly is mind blowing. You definitely need a good sound system and large screen to watch and enjoy. Own own own....so good.

Never have I seen a film that mixed the score and sound design so well into the tension of a film. This doesn’t show the horrors of war, this shows the true terror of war. Fantastic film, my favorite of 2017.

Awesome movie. Great all around. My 4K movie seemed to have a scratch or something in it since it paused at a certain area. I'll try and exchanging it. But a very good movie!

Dunkirk is, in my opinion, yet another masterpiece from mastermind Christopher Nolan. For me, Dunkirk will go down as one of the best war - survival drama films of all time.

It was entertaining, but not nearly as good as the better war movies like 13 Hours or Lone Survivor. Even though it doesn’t have an Atmos track, the sound was great! The bass hits very hard throughout the whole movie!

This is such a critical insight to what the cost of war actually is. Some thing that should be watched by any and all that think knowledge of the past is critical in decision making in the future.

Didn't get a chance to watch this in theaters so had to pick it up in 4K. Looks incredible and the Atmos sound made it that much more enjoyable. Definitely would make a great addition to any collection.

Fantastic and epic war movie that keeps you on the edge of your seat during its entire running time. Another winner from director Christopher Nolan! Highly recommended.

Nolan didnt dissapoint at all. I was wondering how he would put his spin and make a historical film in his unique style. From the first scene, his skill and style were both on full display. Great movie.

The movie is outstanding, and there are plenty of reviews of that... but the 4K version of Dunkirk is truly outstanding. Amazon picture, as close as you can possibly get to watching it in a movie theater.

My wife and I were able to see this movie in our local movie theater and were happy we were able to purchase it at a good price from BestBuy and we are looking forward to watching it as often as we want.

This film has the BEST audio of any film I’ve ever heard, the gunshot blasts pound into your chest. This film, like all of Nolan’s other films, is stunning to look at and tells an great story.

Christopher Nolan does it again, he finds a way to add some dramatic flair to this movie that isn't a typical war film. If you like history or Nolan's way of filming I would give this one a watch.

This movie is able to portray the horrors of war without being too graphic. Christopher Nolan's camera work on the boat scenes are so claustrophobic in the best way....just a beautiful movie.

A couple things - I didn't know anything about this chapter of the war, so that aspect was compelling, and I'm glad I read some of the movie reviews because it took a bit to adjust to the 3 layers in the film. I think Christopher Nolan is brilliant.

I saw this in the theater and had to own it, and it was on sale. Very good story and it's based on the real Dunkirk evacuation. Great acting, although it can be confusing with all of the back flashes. But if you pay attention you'll enjoy the flick.
