I always look for a Duracell good value.

Good product--Lousy buying experience.

Batteries, we need em!

He did not know how IT savvy we were, so we pounded him with some really tough, high tech questions, and he did not falter, nor did he try to talk above his knowledge. Good job, and a laptop that should serve well for several years.
