They are batteries, not much to say about them but they seem to hold a charge for quite a while, have not had any problems having to replace them.

These batteries are reliable and always last a long time as opposed to the less costly ones. I tried the non named brand and they never last as long as Duracell.

The price for 4 batteries is not exactly what I was hoping to spend, although if they last long enough it will be a good purchase.

There were four D cell batteries in the" D cell four pack". They were batteries and they seemed to work fine.
