    this item really sucks. It’s not LG. It is a offbrand knock off version of the stand by me and I am so upset that I made this purchase and I really would appreciate if the manufacturer would give me my money back. Thank you you have a blessed day.

    Try reaching customer service through email and phone No one answer. Then 5 days later someone answer barely speak English..ask me to resend everything...i did four times...No response well i think this is bad business..returned before 90 days is up.

    I purchased this at xmas time for my daughter who was heading to college. Today, the screen fell off the pole,she reattached, and when she went to plug it back in….the screen started smoking!!!! I’m out over $800!!!
