Service not completed

I spend online more than an hour, speaking to more than 6 persons but none of them could help with the refund. I wish there was zero star to give a review because you guy don’t even deserve one star. Poor quality service.

Couldn't complete the job

Bestbuy basically doesnt do anything they say they will now. Not worth the headache or the money. It's sad because I have recommended bestbuy my whole life and now they just can't do anything they say they will.

Your technical team is horrible to be honest.
