Purchased this shredder once in the past and it lasted a year and a half. Decided to give it a chance again but this time I purchased the replacement plan to be safe. Over all this shredder is the best bang for your buck!

I love the all on one concept. Bought for Christmas present so haven't used yet.

A basic shredder, it works fine. Easy to use, hasty jammed yet, whether using it with paper or credit cards. Chads (remember this word?) compact easily. Just make sure you have a plastic bag lining the garbage can

Easily handles normal household shredding. I would give it a "5" except the size of the basket is so wide it doesn't fit into a normal kitchen garbage bag, which makes emptying it a little messy. Other than that, the shredding function is fine.

Works very well with up to 10 pieces of paper at a time. The carrying handle for the top portion is a real convenience, keeping fingers away from the cutting blades.

Very good shredder, no hang ups as it ever got stuck during large shredding sessions. What lacks in appearance is made up with efficiency and a good price.

Great product, 100% satisfied. The equipment works flawlessly; it does exactly what it says it would do. Old CDs, papers, and old Credit Cards are destroyed! As a smart consumer this is a must buy.

This shredder does a great job. It truly shreds about 10 pages easily. It evens shreds CDs. Bought other shredders, but returned all once I found this one.

Was really surprised at how well this shredder accepts the number of sheets as advertised without jamming. Would recommend only processing 4-5 at a time max just to preserve the blades, Got it on sale so it makes it all the better!

Does the job of shredding paper. A little slow, but worth the money.

Bought this for my mom who is very worried about identity theft and such. She had been using a cheapy one that just sits on top of a garbage can and she burned it up. Got her this and she's in shredder heaven. When moms happy everyones happy!

My previous shredder broke after limited use and was purchased from another source. This shredder was received shortly after being ordered. Worked great right out of the box.

ok it's a shredder but there's more, I like the fact that it crosscuts the paper and is capable to eat up bad CD's. We have had this about a month and it works great, only time will tell how long it last.
