I had a Sylvania 27" CRT television that went out today and I could not afford a really big television. The price for $79.99 was just right. While this is much smaller then the television I had previously the picture quality is amazing and it has the right ports I want in case I decide to buy one of those video game systems that require HDMI. I do have my Insignia DVD player and Sony Playstation 1 hooked up through this television (Needed an AV splitter to do so) and they looked very nice. Remote came with batteries too which was a plus. The unit was very easy to assemble with the stand and I did not need any tools to assemble the television. My only gripe about this is that in my bedroom I have a coaxial connection for DISH. Getting the connector to screw in the port was a big challenge but once I got it fastened in there, I was able to scan for the channel my DISH TV service was on (CH 60) and was able to view TV. It did look very nice over coaxial cable. If you are looking for a very budget friendly television with great pictures and lots of options you have come across a good value for this TV. Just remember the price you paid and don't expect big theater sound and remember the basics.

I needed a 16" television for a small room and was pleased to find this one. It is extremely light weight and I was able to mount it on the inside of a door on an étagère so it is out of sight when not being used. Setup was simple, picture quality is fantastic and even the sound is remarkable for such a small and inexpensive television. From reading some of the other Dynex television reviews, I was a little skeptical - but am totally pleased with this purchase!

This TV has worked out perfectly in our RV. We had limited space and this TV is small enough to fit. It is also lightweight. Good picture for the size.

Bought it for the kitchen counter to replace older under the counter hdtv that went south. Tuner as good or better, nice picture, adequate sound, which is what you'd expect from such a small tv. Very lightweight, so easy to move, Really nothing to complain about it.

Sharp, clear picture. Has two HDMI ports and earphone port for private listening. Priced right. Very satisfied.

I was looking for a small TV to sit on my desk that had HDMI ports. This was it. I chose standard shipping and it came as quickly as expedited shipping! I am happy. Decent picture and it's now 2015 for my TV instead of 1985!

I bought this TV to replace an old analog that had in my kitchen and it works great for that purpose. It is just the right size and has a pretty good picture quality. In my search I have found that a TV this size is a little difficult to find. My only complaint is that the sound quality is not as I had expected, The sound is not that great, there's almost an echo to the sound, like speaking into a tin can. For my purpose it is fine, since it is just going into a kitchen and the sale price was great

I bought this TV for my 5th wheel RV. To my surprise when I began hooking it up is that it also runs on 12 volts. The picture is good and the sound is adequate. I haven't used it very many hours yet so, I can't attest to its longevity. So far, so good.

I am replacing my dental office workstation laptops with new desktops and these monitors, TVs. I connected them to the computers with hDMI cables. they work perfectly. sharp clean images of x-rays and pictures of teeth show up nicely. We don't have television service but Internet pictures and videos are sharp and clear. Would not hesitate to buy these again.

It works well for its size. I needed a small TV to hook up to my Apple TV. No complaints. Wish the stand could tilt though.

This is a good tv, especially for the price. You may want to ignore poor ratings on this tv as long as you understand that this tv is just for basic or kids use (which you should get for the price). It is not meant for sharp pictures from any angle, not meant for super sound - it is a small room tv for like a play room or kids room. If that is why you decide to purchase, you will be happy.

This small TV fits my needs in my bedroom for watching the morning news while I'm getting ready for work. The picture is clear on all channels. I do not have cable.

Needed a small tv for a camper trailer bedroom. This tv is just what I wanted because it fits nicely on the shelf designed to hold it and does not get in the way yet it is big enough to be viewed by someone occupying the bed.

I bought this TV for my kitchen. I use it every morning and every night. I am very pleased with it. Great value. Nice picture. It was the perfect addition to my kitchen.

The TV was as expected. The only thing I'm not quite satisfied with is the view from angles other than straight on. The picture is slightly distorted when looking at most any angle other than straight on. Not horrible for an inexpensive TV though.

Great TV for my office! Nothing special but allows me to grab a few shows from the airwaves and doesn't take up a lot of space like my old tv!
