I was being helped by a store representative who was showing me what all I needed for my new galaxy S8+. He gave me the wrong phone case and I had to return it, then he helped me locate this charger which also turned out to be the wrong one for my phone. It does not mach the charging portal on my phone, so therefore, I am unable to use it. It is almost not worth making the long trip back to Best Buy to return it. Other than that, I have no clue how it works since I was unable to use it.

Amazing to be able to plug and charge while doing other stuff when not around an outlet...it give about 75% charge which is plenty considering the amazing price of it!!!

2000 mAh is only good for a one time charge, plus nowadays phones have 3000-4000 mAh batteries so just do yourself a favor and get one with more juice.

Works well enough for the money i spent. I would recommend spending a more and get one that would charge my device several times before having to recharge the unit.

Worked well but real limited in replenishing power was down to 40% in the iPhone and it went to only 95% before the Dynex ran out of power and had to be recharged

I bought these for my kids to boost their tablets on long car trips. They work just fine, a bit on the big and bulky side. They provide a decent charge for the price.

I love my battery charger. You can charge the charger with an adaptor from a wall outlet and charge you phone with the charger. It is heavy duty and lasts. I have used it both as a charge from a wall outlet and as a charge to a smartphone. It hasn't failed me yet.

I use it as a backup in case I use too much battery when I'm out and about. Especially great for bike rides when I use GPS and heart rate monitor which can drain battery. When I take a break it recharges quickly. It is small and compact, easy to bring along anywhere.

Charges fast and charges phone fast, might not get you to 100% battery depending on phone, but it works great my galaxy s6 and will get me from like 10% to 70% prettty quickly. Highly recommend owning on of these if your battery is junk in your phone or tablet.

I would give this charger 5 stars but you loterally have to charge it for about 24hours to get it fully charged. Other than that its great the price suits the product

For $4.99 this is a great value iPhone backup battery. To my surprise, it recharged my iPhone 5c completely in about 2 hours. The included cord is only for recharging this battery from a USB source. You will need to use the Apple USB cord to recharge the iPhone.

Bought it for my wife to use at work. This will give her phone or tablet about a 3/4 charge. She keeps it in her purse and uses it when needed. Good inexpensive product

Charges cell phones fast. The only problem with it is that the cord that comes with the unit. The metal connection that plugs into the phone is flimsy and easily bent.

It's good it's not bad it's just that I have other backup chargers that are better BC they have LED lights that tell me when the device is charging . This one is ok

This is always handy to have when I do not have access to an outlet. However, it is just an extra step at night to make sure it is charged before I leave the house. I do have a charger in the car, so I can use that to charge it if I forget to the night before.

This thing worked way better than I expected it to, got it for vacation and was never without a phone. It could hold about a full recharge for my galaxy core prime.

i got this for like $2 or so. does not hold a charge for more than a few days, but does charge another device decent if you use it quick enough

My cell phone battery dies often so I purchased this portable charger so I wouldn't be stuck with a dead phone when I couldn't plug it in. I charge the portable charger & keep it in my purse (along with its usb cord) for when I need it. It's very handy & useful.

I have used this product 3 times. It charged my phone just fine. The only thing I did not like is that I had to use my iPhone cord, instead of the chargers own cord.
