I'm not so sure about an hour but if your phone completely dies you can get about 50% using the charger which is not that bad. It's small and light though unlike others that are kind of big and bulky.

Good temporary charger

It's not very fast so I have to make sure to boost the battery when it gets to about 50%. Otherwise I can't boost fast enough to keep up with the overall loss of battery charge. Next time I will buy a better quality charger.
