Does not meet expectations

The phone starts charging and after 5 minute it stops. I tried to recharge a Fitbit and it only charged it enough to get the alert off. I expected that the charger would hold enough charge to fully recharge the phone but that was not the case. I'm not satisfied.

Weak Portable Charger, but cheap $7.99 price

Best Buy sells it for about $7.99, at the bins near the cashiers. However, I will look for a stronger Portable Charger with a good reputation for maximum charges, and rechargeable power.
