it does not hold a charge very well it runs out quickly

I bought this for my son to keep in his backpack to keep his phone charged so that I can track him when he gets off the bus and make sure he makes it home ok. I have found it doesn't hold its charge and I have to charge it any time we want to use it.

I purchased this charger because the reviews weren't too bad. An hour after I purchased it and used it, it stopped working. So, I took it back and exchanged and guess what that stop working too. I said forget it, I will not purchase another one.

This charger worked fine on the first few uses. However now it only charger my phone to 50% or a little more than stops. I'm not sure if this charger is malfunctioning or if all of the charges do the same. Be weary of purchasing this item.

Purchased this for a trip, thought it would be perfect for a little extra juice while out traveling. I was wrong. It didn't even charge my phone halfway. I ended up just leaving it in the hotel room, and returning it when I got home.

I purchased this charger as a backup phone charger. After one full charge and use it doesn't work anymore. The red light to indicate charging doesn't come on. It was very slow to charge when it worked but now I have a paperweight.

This was very inexpensive however didn't even charge my phone completely for one charge before it lost power. Had to go buy car charger for remainder of camping trip. I should have spent the extra money for better quality

Bought two of these for gifts and this particular one would not charge. We brought it back to exchange it and the new one works great, it even charges. I like that it doesn't take batteries and you can just charge and go.

Terrible, just awful. Charged it up, went on a trip. Didn't need it until the second day and it only added 13% to my phone before dying. Get ANYTHING but this one. P.S. This was only the 3rd use of the charger.

This item stopped charging my phone mid way through the first charging cycle, and hasn't worked since. Made sure it was fully charged on the second time around, but provided no charge for any other device thereafter.

Outside of no directions for device, after having a millennium show me how to charge it, wonderful device to have. It charged two phones at 50% each while enjoying the Magic a Kingdom. Fit very well in small purse.

Didn't need to use it right away its been maybe a month since I purchased the power bank and finally I needed it and it didn't work for myself or my son. The light came on but neither of our phones got a charge.

The sales person sold us the wrong charger. It is for an older model phone not the phone we showed him. We live a long way away and don't know if it is worth the effort to return it. Please be more careful.

I throw it away. It wasn't worth the gas to go back and get a new one. Buy what the guy says to at the store. Its not worth saving a few bucks. You will need to but it again if you go with this one.

This product is super cheap but it sucks! Don't waste your time, it doesn't even give a half charge but yet requires a two hour charge itself! Just save your money and buy one that works.
