Compatibility

I have to make sure that the USB does not go in all of the way into the jack as it will not provide power to the external HDD of which I purchased ot for.

Quick grab to charge phone

Don't last long

My old phone charger never had this problem. I wish they were more sturdy, but what do you expect for the price.

Tried it on multiple phones and different wall adapters. Can't use it to judge the entire line but it wasn't a great first impression.

Service manager said it was the cord. He suggested not purchasing USB cords from gas stations. I didn’t buy it at a gas station. Bought it from Best Buy.
