Have had no troubles with this USB cord. It takes a little effort to snap into place, but the good news is that means it's less likely to fall out unexpectedly.

I always get usb cords from Best Buy. They last longer than picking up a more expensive one. Love the variety of colors

It is very short so if your laying on a coach or in bed it maybe hard to use your phone and charge at the same time. Great for car charging .

These feel a little flimsy and they don't stay connected to the USB when I'm charging my phone but they seem to charge fast so they do the job.
