Poor charger

My original Samsung charger broke. But where my Samsung charger took 1 hr to charge, this on fluctuates from 4, 5, 1, up to 15 hrs. So doesn't seem like it charges.

The printer ("all in one") refuses to scan. Otherwise it works - except I have to use the cable to communicate with my computer. However, when I tried to get the scanning working, I got all kinds of replies except something that would help me to fix this big problem. Eventually I got tired of struggling with password this, and ID taht and I gave up. I scan using my son's computer. IKt's very inconvenient - yet bette that relying on your "all in one" printer..

Dynex Charger

When I called the number to obtain one that fit (as instructed by the manufacturer), I gave the requested information to the service person and waited. And waited. Two weeks have gone by and no jack. Unacceptable.
