    Went to the local store to purchase this product. Was sent to four different departments and none of them could find it. Each one would send me to another department. Finally went back up front and spoke to the attending at the door and was told I should’ve made an appointment with someone in the phone purchasing department. Left the store, ordered it online and it was ready in one hour. product was fine, store service was terrible.
