    Many phones are now coming with USB Type C connectors, but still with USB Type A to USB Type C charging cables, if any cable is actually included. That's a problem if you want to charge or connect it to notebook computers that only have USB Type C (such as a MacBook Pro.) This cable allows you to easily connect the two without needing to use a USB Type A adapter. This cable works just fine for charging my LG phone from a USB Type C port. I haven't noticed any issues; it's as good as any OEM cable, with a much more reasonable price!
