This is a good product. No complaints, works as it was advertised. I use it to connect my iPod touch to the aux jack in my car. I was actually able to get this cable for cheaper over the 2008 holiday season at my local Best Buy. :D

This may just be a simple cable, but it is wonderful for those of us who may want to connect our iPods and/or other MP3 devices to the auxillary jack that comes standard in most new cars. Also allows me to connect to the audio in jack in my home stereo. This is a must have for anybody who owns an iPod. This cable also has ample length; that way you don't have to be one foot in front of the stereo when you are adjusting the music on your audio device. Just stretch out the cable and enjoy crisp, clear music from a multitude of devices.

I bought this cord to connect my iPod to my car CD Deck. It works great. I can use it with the video iPod and the shuffle iPod. It's so much better then the transmitter I was using before. I don't think I need a 6' long cable. But there wasn't a 3' available when I was buying. I think it's a great value for the price, especially considering other cables were twice as much.

This is just what I needed to be able to use my iPod in the car. My old adapter was not reliable and cumbersome to use. While I would have bought a shorter cord, I can see how a longer cord would be useful since it could be used from the backseat. ( if you have children or other passengers in the car)

OK, it's a cable...BUT, this cable compared to a cheaper one I was using before has a better connectiion to the output of my Zune. A better physical connection that is, my Zune was resetting once in awhile caused by the poor physical connection of my older cable. (a problem I saw documented by other Zune users) This was the cause, the bad connection would make the Zune think you were plugging in for the first time and go through a start-up procedure. Hasn't happened since i got this cable! Sounds great. But it could be just a little shorter to avoide tangling. But then again, if were shorter, I'd probably need the extra length then complain it was not long enough. 6 of one, half dozen of another.

Bought to use in my truck to connect my ipod to my aux port and be long enough to put the ipod where I want it. Does the job.

I guess you get what you pay for. Price seemed high but, quality and performance are excellent! I've purchased extension cables that work for half the price as these but, you can feel that the gage,quality, and fit of the Dynex is superior.
