Maybe there is. Would you ever call in the warranty? Probably not, since it is unclear how one would. Just throw it away and buy another one… (sigh)

Dynex charging cable

For the price it is fine, not sure it will be a long lasting item. But for a car or extra cable,works fine.

Dynex 6 Ft Cable power cable incompatibility

My iPhone would overheat “ dangerously” and had an extremely slow charge that wouldn’t reach 100%. I returned it, I paid more for an Apple 3 ft cable ,but, at least I no longer have any of the Dynex cable issues. I think my problem is a common problem, but, I don’t know nor can I prove it. I couldn’t find any supportive online evidence. I requested but couldn’t get a store representative to confirm my issue. I was told that my issue was unheard of. So, my comments are simply based on my own personal experience.
