It's charges my phone every time I plug it in but won't always connect to my car so I can play my music or podcasts. It's very cheap compared to other products and I'm getting what I paid for

Works for a while but quits working way too soon. I bought another after this one quit thinking it might have been a fluke, but they just don’t last long enough before they get too hot and just quit charging.

The package says it is apple certified not true at all. It works for maybe 3 wks and then it went out. I ended up returning it and got the apple charger.

This is a plastic brightly colored cable which would be hard to mix up with any other in a drawer. I use it at my computer when I want my iPhone to sync, and it works just fine. On sale it was a real bargain.

I bought it during a trip when I didn't have my charger. While using this with my phone working as GPS, I noticed something happened and my phone will not charge after the trip! Not sure what happened.

Pleasantly surprised. Decent quality. Works great on latest ios 9. iPhone and iPad. Bought on offer 2 for 1. Worth the money for that offer. Not sure I would spend the same amount on one though.

Couple of the circuits fried after 1st use. Still works now, but my phones starts popping up 'accessory may not be compatible with device' so I just have to keep unplugging and plug back in.

I purchased 3 off these cables to have them available in several rooms of my house and they do not work. Package claims it is Apple certified but they do not charge my IPhone.

I ordered this because I had reward points that were going to expire. Seems to be an OK cable, but i won't charge up my wife's iPad in the car for some reason. Works fine on my iPhone.

Price was good at only $5 but it seems to charge when the cable is plugged in a certain way unlike original apple cables where it doesn't matter what side of the cable is plugged in.

thought it was an insignia, disappointed when I realized it was dynex. (noticed when I got up to register). anticipate a life even shorter than insignia cable's 1 year average...

The lightning end of this cable melted. Thankfully my phone wasn't attached at the time. Was a major hassle to get a replacement even though cable was still in warranty.

Bought it in a pinch when I forgot mine (apple chord). Outer layer is pretty tough but the wire inside is not. Lasted a couple months before it started failing with gentle use.

This cable worked for 6 weeks and now I barely get a trickle charge. I also get error messages on my phone that accessory is not supported. Very disappointed.

Does what it's supposed to do. It says it's Apple certified. I don't get that notification I get for other non certified chargers. I only use this charger as a back up.

Ordered 3 of these . Added them to my ever growing collection of useless charging cables that only charged my phone once or twice, then quit working.

Don't waste your money. Only worked for a couple months. No signs of problems on cord exterior, just stopped working. Probably not Apple MFi certified.

You get what you pay for. I bought this on sale for $1.99, now it stopped charging within its first week of use.
