It did not mute my phone like the one I picked up from walmart and it seems to be pretty stable at the moment so I say at the moment is great. Hopefully it will hold up longer than 6 months like the apple brand.

Can afford to lose more cords

Price was right so grabbed one to see how well they worked. Had no issues whatsoever with them for an iPhone 4, 4s and and iPad. Worked so well I went back and bought 5 more.
